PCBA-TECH has 7 SMT lines with AOI & X-Ray for inspection,100% AOI inspection for all pcba boards,and 1%-3% X-Ray inspection for BGA on it,so can be at least 98% passing rate for your order.
After you placed the pcba order, we will purchase the components and manufacture the pcb, when all are ready, we will make a plan to start pcb assembly. PCB panel file, BOM, assembly drawing, pick & place file and stencil are all needed for SMT engineer.
Before we ship PCBA to you,function test in our side is strongly suggested,of course,we also can write firmware by computer or PCBA fixture.If we find some errors in the process,we can try to repair it until it is no problem.
